Hey guys! I'm new to this forum. Lots of good stuff. Learned a bunch already! Anyways, I just bought a 2003 Recon ES for my son and I want to install a winch. I haven't picked it up yet and and wondering if anyone on here has installed a winch on an '03 recon ES. I have a 2005 Recon ES and I installed a winch, no problem. I am wondering if there is enough clearance for a winch "under the plastic" on a 2003. I know they are different, just not sure how different. If anyone knows and can advise, I would really appreciate it.

Welcome to the forums. I've never installed a winch on a Recon, so I can't help you there, but I'm sure someone will come along that can help.

Hello there, you can custom install the winch as you like but the problem would be the the stability. better have it made by a pro. good luck
