1996 TRX300FW

Thanks to all for your kindness and patience answering my questions, I got the old beast running like a top now. Here's the thing...she's not so pretty as she used to be. Most notably the mudguards are cracked and broken. $224 plus S/H to buy OEM mudguards, just curious if there are any cheaper options that are not just junk from the box?

Yep - e-bay and craigslist is the ticket. Got me a pair of both front and back lower mud guard for my Recon for under $50 with s&h. Guys parting out bikes all the time on there.

Cut up an old trashcan, i used that to extend the flaps on the rear. Just an old green can i had in the shed and some zip ties. Ive since replaced them with plastic rivets.

Don't hold me to this, but I think '95-'00 will fit.

ebay and Craig's list were a bust. But through some random searching I did find a guy in Canada selling complete front and rear plastic to include mudguards for $180 US. Pictures are a little fuzzy so I asked him if he would seperate the mudguards for $50 US and he agreed. Once I see better pictures I will likely purchase.

Man I love me some ******* ingenuity! Course Im from TN so I can say that. eBay. Even if they arent there today, they will be sooner or later.
