i have a cam that i bought with some parts. it looks great. i measured the x and y axis of the lobes and came up with 1.187 and 1.407. the difference is
.220 inches. i do not know the ratio of the stock rockers to come up with the lift. There is a "K" and a "Y" cast into the cam. does anyone know what this is? thanks

When I changed my cam we just made sure the piston was at TDC on the compression stroke. Remove the timing chain, pulled the cam. Then installed everything back. Be sure the timing is perfect. then check valve clearance.

I will scan the page from my Honda service manual with all the cam specs you will need, but I would just go to Web camshafts site and grab a stage 1 and put it in.

FYI:
Stage 1 Cam Specs
.310/.310 - Valve Lift
266°/266° Duration
242°/242° Duration @ 0.050
245 Grind Number
