Just got a 1984 TRX 200 but the sub transmission had a chunk taken out of it. I ordered a new one and I'm trying to take the old one on off, but it won't budge. I have removed all the bolts around the perimeter of it and tried
lightly tapping it with a hammer. Is there anything else I need to remove? If anyone has done this before and knows how to remove it and put the new one on can you tell me the steps, please. Thanks for the help!

i recently changed the one on my 87 atc125m trx motor and i found that i had to take a flat bar and tapped it into the joint where they came together and after the seal broke it came right on off
