Ive got a 98 or 99 honda recon with the original rims and tires ha ha dont know how they have lasted this long, whats the biggist size tires I can squeeze on those stock rims without rubbing, i heard 24" is a good size. what does the number after the dash mean in the tire size, like my front tires are 22x7-11, what is the eleven, does it have something to do with the rim????

front rims:11x5.5
rear rims: 9x8

Yes the eleven would be the size of the rim!
I would not go to much taller or wider than stock, because you risk power and tearing up drive components.
Maybe go up on size. That is all I would do.
