Gotta ask; you got the garb., rebuilt?, and it is still having the same problem?..
now for an odd question, or so. do you use ethanol gas, do you have a gas filter, even, inside the tank. an last, most incorrect. do you have a fan.
someone will be by shortly to ask the right questions.

You'll need an OEM carb on it 1st of all... china knockoffs are all junk. Explain the carb rebuild... what was replaced in it? Is it OEM?

Does the bike have a good, strong battery in it? If not, replace it before you go any further. Do NOT operate it without having a battery in it, in good condition.

With a good battery installed, check the charging system voltage using a multi-meter across the battery terminals while the motor is running. At idle, with the headlights off the voltage should be about or above 13 volts. At about 5000 RPMs with the headlights on, the voltage should be between 14-15 volts. If voltage is above 15 volts the regulator rectifier is bad.

Report back if you can.

Do you have a service manual? You have several thingd to check

Definitely do not run this thing with a bad battery—bad vattery can cause rough running poor ignition and stator overheating.

Did you rebuild the oem carb?

Did you replace the starter (choke) valve? I personally think it’s running in a choked (rich) condition

Is the plug blackened with soot?

It could also be overheating as these will start sputtering when they get overheated. You don’t have a fan do you?

Your neutral light may be going off if the alarm system senses an overheat condition. Chack the ignition systems diagnostics in chapter 20. Maybe your alarm unit or you oil sensor is bad.

It's OEM carb and everything was replaced in it and choke was replaced and battery was bought 5months ago so it's good at least I think it is
Thanks

I had some other questions you didn’t follow up on.

It’s getting hot? So hot you can’t touch the jug?

Yes its way to hot to touch the jug.
Again You didn’t answer all my questions.

If that hot and Your hot temp light is not coming on then you need to check the sensor. Diagnostics in Chapter 20.
