Ok so I have had some Issuse with quad not wanting to start or idle when it starts. So i trouble shot it and found a large crack in the intake boot from the card to motor so I ordered a new one. I also took carb apart and cleaned it do you think that I need to rejet it while it is apart? I have a performance air cleaner on it and chopped the spark arestor. Will this require rejeting also?

agree^^^^ 122 main and 38 slowjet is stock I wouldn't go anymore than 124 on your set-up and 40 on the slowjet if you slow jet is 35 which I've seen in 2 out of the 3 carbs I do have then step up to a 38 turn you pilot screw in ntil it seats and back it out about 2 3/4 turns and reset the Idle to about 1400 rpms
