Cant get my 07 400ex to start keeps back fireing when I try to start it does a couple of burps but thats it?

Sounds to me like carb needs cleaned.

I agree with Billy you may want to clean the tank and the carb, all the way through. also check air filter and clean if needed. Welcome to the forums

DId you choke it? try pumping the throttle 3 or 4 times and barely holding it down and I mean Barely hit the start button and see what you got?
when did you last ride?

I changed the gas cleaned the plug and still nada gonna put a new plug in in the morning so I hope it works

I never clean plugs. Never had any luck. I just replace.
