[Boines Pecan]

My brother and I decided to try and fix our old atv from when we where kids. It was trying to turn over, but wouldn't start. Suddenly it doesn't even try to start. When you turn the key, the light comes on in the dash... but nothing makes any sound. Could someone give me some advice or guidance? I'm just at a loss.

Battery Is full charge.
The starter Is old but seems sturdy.
Changed and filled all the fluids.
