Try putting a small amount of motor oil down the spark plug hole, if you believe it's siezed just from sitting.... sometimes that will free up stuck rings.. Why do you suspect it's seized? Do you know the previous history of this quad??? IF it's been sitting that long, even if you free up the motor, the carb will need to be taken apart & rebuilt...

300 Honda seized after sitting for a couple years any advise
Battery likely dead.

Try kick starting it. If you can kick it around it’s def not seized.

If this machine has been sitting for two years you will need to click my links below

did you take out the plug , might have water or gas on top the piston ----old school way to loosen up a ring seized piston is brake fluid down the spark plug hole and let it soak ----if it does free up , then it is a hit or miss if it lives or dies

I was able to free up a seized motor from sitting by letting it soak with marvel mystery oil for a week.

Didn't really matter because it started smoking like a chimney. rebuilt it shortly after.
