Hi, I want to modify my air box lid on my 300ex but want to know the best way to do it. Should I just drill some holes? How big of a hole and how many? Ive heard people run without the lid alltogether or some even with no air box at all, but I don't want that much dirt getting to it. Any help is appreciated. I have jet kit 3 up from stock, K&N air filter and HMF slip on. thanks

I would remive the airbox lid and rejet.
