The last owner of my 86 TRX350 lost the cap and diaphragm off the master cylinder and parts are impossible to find. Would any atv master cylinder made for a 7/8" handlebar work? or is there anything special I need to look for?

I think about any Honda master cylinder will work. I've even seen Yamaha master cylinders on Honda ATVs before. The only real concern would be that the hole where the brake line bolts on is the right size. The master cylinders for 4X4 ATVs are usually a little bigger, so I would try to get one for a 4X4.

When you say that 4x4 MCs are bigger do you mean in resevoir size or piston size? I know mine is a Nissin 1/2" MC so I'll be trying to get one the same...
I know the resevoir is bigger, but I don't think the piston is any bigger. I don't really see why a bigger resevoir would even matter, but I would try to get the bigger one, just in case.
