Its not just about the picture, you can vote on the mods the person has done too. Also if you want a better picture to look at they both have more in there garages

I know it lol. I voted for person with most mods. And I didn't think about looking at their garages, since I used mobile version of sight it doesn't show up their garages so you kinda forget about it lol
