You can find a 400EX manual at this site. I think it's for the 1999-2002 400EX.

It's listed under Honda. It says "Honda 400EX (Fourtrax)".

It works best if you right click on "Honda 400EX (Fourtrax)" and then click "Save Link As" and save it to your computer. If you just left click on the link, it seems to take forever.
