O.K.. So I bought a 01 trx500 Foreman Rubicon which I've been working on. getting ready to put a carb kit in cause the float isn't working right, this Foreman was purchased brand new in Alaska and now it's here in Vegas, do I need to change the jet and setting? if so which jet and setting, I want to do it all at once. thanks

Unless you're changing to an aftermarket pipe and air filter, you won't need to change the size of the jets. Just use the stock size that comes with your carb kit or clean and reuse your old ones. The stock size main is #158 and the stock size slow jet is #45. The jet needle clip position is the second groove from top. The pilot screw initial opening is 2 5/8 turns out. Adjust from this position to get the best idle.
