So the other day I was trailriding trying to keep up with a 650 dirtbike and I pushed my 300ex a little to far and rolled it. Luckily I never ride without a helmet, unfortuneately, that is the only safety equipment I own. I messed up my right leg and ankle pretty bad and after a week of pain I'm ready to buy some new gear. I was going to start with ordering some boots online. Anyone have any suggestions on what brand is good but affordable? Also since I'm going to be buying online, do the sizes usually run larger or smaller than a shoe size or is it like shoes and different from brand to brand? Thanks for the help.

I like Fox boots, you should really try to find somewhere you can try some on. I wear 12 shoes but 13 boots.

Sorry, bro. I wear my boots until they are trashed. There is nothing like the comfort of 3 year old boots, nice and broke in.

I have a pair of 12's boots made by FLY in allmost new cond. for sale. Ill post up a pic and price later or wed.. I wore them out one time and didnt like the feel of a stiff riding boot. I dont need them for my type of riding. They are grey and black. Here is a ex. pic.

Thanks for the info everyone, I wear a size ten shoe so I will be looking for a size eleven boot. I like the look of the shift combat boot, anyone ever tried them?

If you put them under water they will get soaked inside but they do an amazing job at keeping the muck out.
