Going to put a plow on it, and am real weary of it fitting. I have gone on two sites and they could not confirm the mount would fit(plow mount). Does anyone know of any kits guaranteed to fit? 1987 Foreman 350D

Thanks,
Kevin

Special mount i have one
hot hot hot this one’s broken

149245

Here’s a pic of the plow mount the two brackets bolt under foot pegs
The big bracket goes on an obsolete lifting bar
Don’t buy this it’s broken

You’ll want a Cycle Country/Kolpin/KFI push tube set and plow

I will post of pic of mine

Here’s my post showing the new lifting bar—the old straight one will smash and crack your fender.

I’ll post pics of the mounts i have a set on my 86 and one in a box for my project 86

So I went ahead and bought what I thought was a full plow kit, Made by kolpin. I typed in the number for the underside mount(15-1540) and it is out of stock. I'm not sure if the kit I bought(wife bought) has one included or not but here is what the part numbers showed.

Looks good
I will keep my eye out for a set of plow mounts.
Of that fleabay set, one side is good the other is missing the mounting tab. So you could consider making the seller an offer just to get the one
lol lookit this my pair has the opposite mount broken!!!

I'm based in the UK (England) bit if you require a duplicate mount I am able to make it and ship to you. All I need is photos and a cardboard template shipping to me.

SamUK--- Thank you I may end up doing that if all else fails in the states...

Goober----Thank you for letting me know that. So all I would need is the two pieces that attach to footpegs. Got it. We will see what kind of mount comes with the kit.

Defined going to need those mounts you gave me a link to goober. There is no room under the machine for the u bolts to mount to the frame in the rear. Here is a picture of the mount they sent me, and a pic of the push tubes.

Looks great. Yeah 60 inch plow is big for this thing. The front shocks on this quad not adjustable either. You might be able to put some weight on the rear to keep the front from diving.
I use a 48 inch v-plow.
Consider putting this up for ATV of the Month

So installed the plow today, went smooth. I have a 60 inch plow and it squats the front end pretty bad, has anyone ever changed to a different shock in front to stiffen it up a bit?

Thanks
Kevin
The thing I would be most concerned about is supporting that large blade with the carrier and bumper. That bumper is rare as the 87 TRX350D is a one year configuration.
I bent a very rare Hondaline accessory bumper by pulling on it it just folded up; just for your consideration.
That strap part is way out front and so the physical momentum is highest out there on the weakest member. I would Try and get it closer to the frame tubes.
You could also put so spring dampers in your shocks to keep them from bottoming
Race car team use what they call spring rubbers to control ride height
