Where/how is the best place to mount? Ideas? I can zip tie it to rack, but that kind of cheesy. Not sure if I have any other options.

i cant bring myself to drill holes in the fenders. But there is also licence plate brackets you can buy to bolt to the racks......

what about on the right side under the rack , use u-bolts to hold a plate to the rack and bolt the license plate to the plate

I’d make a bracket/mount so it’s sits nicely under the tail light.

Thanks for this thread , got me thinking about a license plate ----- My final license plate design is going to be put together something like this and the truck lid opens without hitting it

I used two stainless steel hose clamps to attach mine to 2013 Rancher 420 racks. Worked well! Looks good and won't break down in the sun.
