on the ky side, section 8 had horses, plus some hills, that were a good climb to get to the top of. i would hate to drag a deer down, even with help. you could spend years, going through the ky side, still have some exploring to do. ah aint been down there in a while, but love the place. that was the area that was 15F, i had my cotton tent, an used the coleman lantern inside, to stay warm. i had a tarp or so, over the outside, the tent could breathe. i hung that coleman lantern inside this tent, bought 14"-18" down many a time. doubt i could do this with modern tents. coleman lanterns get hot on the top, yet never found a brown or crispy spot with this tent. even cooked a crawl dad tail from the creek, an many shrimp, when the fishing was slow. shrimp was bait. least till they started splitting the back to get the mud vein out. the fish quit bitting on them, an so did i. shrimp got mushy., still is. store bought sux.yeah where exactly are these places
I know of many area's that have turkey in them(turkey point, Turkey bay and so on LOL)
but cool pic's , looks like a place with decent trails and not all rocks like most are here!
