I have a 2006 trx450er and every time I want to go to start it I have to wiggle the kill switch to on and off to get it to start any suggestions thanks
if you leave your kill switch on, do you still have to wiggle it? i've rolled my atv, been thrown, an never thought of the kill switch, till after i was standing up, and then turned off, by the key, before i remembered i had a kill switch. the times kill switch was used, it was by accident, and most embarrassing, when i couldnt figure out why the atv wouldnt start...lol
my kill switch is stuck on. i like it like that.

I bought a brand new oem kill switch and got a brand new spark plug and cleaned a lot of the connections on the ignition coil and it’s still having the same issue and if you leave the kill switch on the run position it won’t start at all you have to constantly turn it on and off to get it to start then once it starts you have to put it back to the run position

It appears you have a lose wire/connection problem and would suggest downloading a service manual and get an ohm meter to help narrow down the problem.
