I noticed that someone had a problem putting together the retainer Spring and choke lever, after undoing this section and the spring sprang out, I gave done the same thing can anybody help

I'm not sure I understand your question... see the attachments... is the answer to your question on those images? Or are you having a problem elsewhere?
