Welcome neighbor. You can search online and find parts or I believe you have a dealer right near you.
Where do you ride at?

There is a dealership about 10 min from the house. Most likely I will just order parts online. Right now I am trying to find someone to rebuild the engine. Do you know anybody? I don't mind driving up to the Charleston area since I am in Cleveland at least once a weekend.

We're kinda new to the area. (two years) I just bought my first ATV last week and have not had to take it for any kind of repairs. I am a long time two wheel rider and have always done my own work and will probably end up doing any work on my ATV myself. I don't plan on taking it anywhere to ride because I bought it to work around our property. One of our neighbors and his wife do the ATV trails thing. They travel all over to go on weeklong rides cross country. I believe there's a place in NE TN and another somewhere in WV. Maybe someone here can offer up places to ride. If you're going to be in Cleveland, PM me and I can give you directions if you want to come see our place.

I have been here for about 12 years. There use to be Tellico but that closed. Know there is two places that I like to trail ride one is Windrock near Knoxville. Then there is Houston Valley in Lafayette. But mostly I am using the 4 wheeler during the winter to get into the woods to hunt. If you decide you ever want to ride let me know. I am planning on doing most of my own work but I am thinking bore the motor .060 that is why i would like to get someone to rebuild it.

My neighbor is a ex-Honda motorcycle tech. I'm sure that he could do it if he had the time. He's in FL right now though. Are you in a hurry? I could do it too but since we just moved, I haven't even set up my shop yet and we're trying to finish the house ourselves. Oh yeah, and I have a JOB that gets in the way.

Don't know how much in a hurry. Would like it done when I get back from the time of year that I travel. Which is the end of March. Job's do get in the way. What have you left to do around the house?

We had to take it over from the contractor in Aug. so we could get a CO before the end Oct. We just have some odds and ends inside and the 21x25' bonus room needs to be finished. I'm working on that a little at a time. The 25x28' garage needs to be painted but it's full of stuff right now. The basement is entirely unfinished. It's our catch all right now but I'm slowly making room for my stuff. It will eventually be my shop and bike/atv and lawn machinery storage. We don't even have any landscaping yet but we're so far off the road, nobody can see us anyway. I got my atv for working around our 47 acres.

Yeah... we bought the property 4 years ago and finally got around to building the house. It was going to be our retirement dream home but somehow, I'm still working. Lonnnng story. It really is nice though and in a great motorcycle riding area.

It sounds like you have a really nice place. Hard work but the reward is worth it.
If you work hard you atleast appreciate what you have.
