I wanted to do some jet work. My 250x is mostly set up for high end power and i was just wondering if i only needed to do that one jet or if i have to do them all. Also was wondering what jetting kit to get.

What mods do you have done.I'm pretty good at judging the jetting on these machines.

I was told i have a cam from the guy i bought it from. I put a DG RCM complete exhaust system in as well. I have noticed a huge jump in High end power, so me and my dad are guessing the cam was just never really noticable until the pipe was put on.

Are you running stock jets now?If so you need to run a # 40 pilot and a #130 main and remove the airbox lid.

Agree^^^^^^ Im running a 12:1 high compression piston and a stage 1 WebCam I'm jetted at 134 main and 42 slow jet. so with a cam and pipe I would try Billy's recommendation. make sure you back the pilot screw out about 1/2 turn and reset the idle.

Yes more flow of air means you need more fuel but with the jetting I already gave you you'll be fine.Good luck bud.

Jetting is not an upgrade. It is how you add or remove fuel to your mixture. ANYTIME you make changes to either your intake or exhaust you must rejet.
