Is rubber plug needed
Trx350TE 2006. In process of doing a carburetor cleaning and there's no rubber plug inside the bottom of the unit. Is it needed? Will it cause gas to leak out the overflow? Thanks

it stops the flow from the jet on the side, if you look below the plug, with out the plug, fuel would bypass the jet.What is the purpose of the plug?yes, you need that rubber plug !.
