2016 Honda Rancher, down to my last two u bolts for the winch mount. The mount is a Warn 92450 down to my last two U bolts and I cannot get those suckers to line up correctly. It's step 12 in the directions 8 mm U bolts. Anyone have any tips on getting them to fit?

Is it u-bolts that won't fit in the holes? Do they need to be spread open or pushed together to fit? Or is it the mount itself that won't line up?

The Ubolts seem to be the right size, it's one side is being partially blocked by the one of the frame bars. I read the threads in the link you sent, going to try loosening everything up to see if that will work. Thanks again.

try keeping all U bolts LOOSE< so you have ore wiggle room to try and fit them thru, that or maybe pull mount and elongate the holes a little in it where needed to fit better for you
some times a little tweaked to get a proper fit!

If it won't fit nicely when it's all loose I'd just drill new holes. Elongating holes will cause unnecessary stress on the mount and your frame, when under load it may want to pull and twist. You don't want that load on your frame.
It's probably a manufacturer issue with the mount, most things mass produced get a little sloppy sometimes.

Got it, I had to go back and loosen everything on the mounting plate....Still really tight but I was able to get them on....
