Hi m name is Adam p I live in ky I took my 2005 honda400ex valve cover off to change the gasket found out had to change the head gasket I think I put the wrong size in the one that came out of it was thicker then the other one can that be a problem why my quad won't start

need more details. why did you change gasket, where did you get gasket, etc. i'm not familar with 2005, but still is a basic question.
