Check for trash in the carb bowl and also check your choke lever assembly it may be a little loose and activating with a good bump

Trash/debris in the fuel bowl is a good possibility but I would take a good look at all the linkage. If the choke and everything looks good try pulling the choke out in small increments as you advance throttle. If the engine runs better your in a lean condition and that would mean you need to take a look in the fuel bowl.

I have atually had a jet fall it, It stayed in the carb but it was not where it belonged.
