Idle Mixture setting 1999 Recon

Does anybody know the initial setting for the idle mixture screw on Recon Carburetor? My 300 TRX is 2 1/4 quarter turns out from deated position. Trying to adjust my friends Recon and wanted to at least start in the initial position.

Initial carb settings are:

main jet: 95
pilot jet: 38
needle clip position: 2nd groove from top
pilot screw: 2-5/8 turns out
idle speed: 1400 +-100 rpm
