Joined your site a few minutes ago.It looks like all the info I need to restore my '96 300 foutrax will be here.Most info I've found has been how to,what I call "Kid Out'' 4wheelers,but I just want to get mine back into good working order.I bought my fourtrax for $100.00 from a dude that owns a dairy farm.It had the right front wheel bearings missing,bad starter,a piece of barn tin bailing wired on where the front fender mudflap was,to kept cow crap from slinging on the rider,seat was eatin off by cows,and handle bars were bent.Oh ya,the front bumper was bent way bad from ramming cows.The motor and trans were and are perfect.I've had it 6 years using it around my little ranchette,and used it mule deer hunting down on the Mexican border.Now it's time to start over on it and get it back in good shape.Hope ya'll will be gentle with me.
