What are techniques/tips to riding over whoops. I always manage to get them right at first but then mess up halfway. Also, how should I adjust my suspension? I have a 400ex so I have an okay back shock and pogo stick front shocks.

With that suspension you won't get your suspension setup for whoops. Stay on the gas and lean back. The back shock is what is hurting you. When you lose your rhythm through the whoops, is the quad bucking you up or are you bouncing side to side?

If you are getting bucked then your rebound is too fast. The shock is returning to full length too soon.

If you are bouncing to the sides it is too slow.

Agreed with Red and the compression dampening could be set to stiff.
