I have tried to find this in my service manual, but can't seam to find it in there anywhere. The Rear Break hardly works at all. But when it does work it locks up.
It is a 2003 Honda Rancher ES 4X4

The rear brakes sticking is a good sign that the brake shoes need replaced. The bottom adjustment is for the foot brake and the top adjustment is for the hand brake.

Thank you. will work on that once I get the shoes. Anything else to check while I have it torn down to do breaks?
