When I rode bikes, I would change my own tires all day long. ATV tires are a bitch. I can't even break the bead.

They can be , but with some WD-40 a flatbar and hammer they pop right off and the tire has to come off the short side of the rim (back) but for 20 bucks let Wally World do it and use their air...lol

I tried everything, I even put a board on it and drove my truck on the board... couldn't break it for the life of me.

Another little hint Gasoline softens rubber just don't make any sparks..lol but if you take one of those wide nail pullers and a hammer and work your way around they will break loose it's tough but once you do both sides the rest is a piece of cake.
One of these

Use the rounded end put it so you drive it toward the rim then as you hit it pull it toward you that will force the bead down. Then move around next to where you started keep repeating until it breaks loose. make sure you do this on the short side of the rim.

I to just put some tires on my quads this past weekend. A TDS tire shop charged me $5 bucks a tire....great deal. When are the bike shops going to learn? They are'nt competitve on anything they sell or service and they wonder why we shop for parts and accessories online.
