hey guys cleaned my carb and its working better and idleing now, but i have very poor throttle response i hit the gas and it lags for 2 secs then it goes i just dont have the response of when i punch the gas it spins the tires. Dunno if it is the carb need more work or the spark plug is going bad or what

Did you clean the air filter also.

yeah i fixed it i had it idled to low i idled it up and gased on it right off the bat from a dead stop and it spun tires and threw dirt bout 5 ft back, so it wasnt getting enough fuel.

yeah i got to check my breaks i think they are catching, i can feel it in the motion but the motor doesn't seem to miss a tick

Im having the same problem, throttle is real hesitant, but I even have my idle to high, its just that first snap of the throttle, or if I let the throttle completely off for a few then open it back up. You're good, it is a similar issue...

Mine did that a little after I had it apart also adjusting the pilot screw fixed mine. Base (on a 300 anyway) is 1 3/4 out and then you turn either direction until it changes and then set it back to midway between those two points.

yeah it seems fine right now so im gonna keep playing with it and see if i can get it better
