Folks,

I just came home with a 2019 Rubicon DCT EPS Deluxe with the Honda windshield installed. When at the dealer I told them the windshield looks too low to me compared to the one on my 2013 Polaris Sportsman 550 X2. They said 'don't worry, it mounts high because of the center headlight." Anyhow, now I have it home and the wind over the windshield hits me right on the bridge of my nose. I have looked briefly on the web for a high quality higher windshield and have had no success so far.

Has anyone found a good high windshield that will protect a tall person sitting upright?

yw . they are not cheap ?..but I like them. I had them make a custom shield for my 2008 vt750c shadow, was not cheap ?..but they did a super job on it. in case your thinking by now ?, you can call them, and have them make the shield any size you want !.

I called them earlier but no response. However it is rifle deer season in Minnesota and it wouldn't surprise me if they are shut down for the week since, like Wisconsin, it is only a 9 day season.

Their stock windshields are cheaper than the Honda. However, I like the idea of a custom one and will try to get in touch with them about it. I did send them an email.

Just got a note from them that they will make me one of their standard windshields but 4" taller so that will be a great solution since their standard is already 2" taller than the Honda windshield. Won't be as 'pretty' as the Honda version but will work ad the dealer will take the Honda one back.

good deal !. I use this brand on both of my motorcycles, they are great shields !. I think you will be very happy with them .
