If you're talking about the front axle bearings, the knuckles may be worn where the bearing presses in them. If the knuckles are worn, when you replace with new bearings, they won't last no time. The bearings should be a tight fit in the knuckles. If they go in without pressing them in, then the knuckles are worn and need replaced. That will cause the bearings to be loose even when newly replaced. It could also be that your axles are worn where they go through the bearings, but not likely. More than likely, your knuckles are worn.
If you are using new bearings and there is still movement after you put them in, it's got to be the knuckles or axles one, there's nothing else left. I don't know what else it could be.

Are you sure that the movement is at the bearings and not at the ball joints?
well i no the bottom ball joints are gone but even when they wernt the plae was at the bearing well ill try new bottom ball joints see if that cures it do u no any good websites for honda parts? i usually get them from stodarts but they are quiet expensive

cheers
http://www.bikebandit.com/ and http://www.cheapcycleparts.com/ are two that I can think of. You might find them on Ebay, also.
