Hi, my 2007 Honda recon 250 currently has factory sized tyres on it but they are shot, I want to know what is the largest tyres that It can take without any mods ie lift kit. The current tyre sizes are - front 22x7x11 rear 22x10x9. Thanks

Assuming you like factory tread and trying to keep cost down, then you might consider scanning through local craigslist listings for new take offs. At my local dealer, I picked up a complete set of tires/wheels for my Rancher for $300 and nice having a complete new second set in the garage. Many here will know if Rancher wheels/tires would work on the Recon.
