hello i have a 2008 honda rancher 420 it splutters at about half throttle or more depending on what gear im in is my fuel pump going bad? or is it something else I took the hose off that comes from the fuel tank on of valve and the fuel pump is full of fuel and started coming out of the fuel pump I've taken that hose off before and it hasn't done that need help

Test your pump, or there is a filter I think it's in the pump housing where the pump is. But I think you could have just a clogged filter.

Filter's clogged of fuel pump is bad. Take it apart, if the filter is clogged replace it, and put it back on and see what it does.
