(96-01)H22a4 vtec prelude bare engine block. It was a hydro locked engine. It bent one of the piston rods but block in ok cond. WILL NEED A GOOD HONING DONE (CFM cyl walls) $220obo

I also have the crank shaft for this engine (55mm mains) $180obo
The crank is in GREAT cond. no scaring nor where any of the rod berings spun.

But the motor has potential I just don't wanna f**k with it anymore. Iv dropped $2k for the engine swap and another $3-4k in parts JUST FOR THE MOTOR. So I’m thinking it's time to part ways...but if I don't end up selling it I MIHGT just re-sleeve it and boost that bottom end after a while. Since it has a bigger bore (87mm) than my F22 block (85mm)
But the sleeves alone are $700 plus the labor to bore out my old cyl walls and press the new ones in. So for the $1500 I could spend on making this engine a monster I could buy a whole new h22 WHOLE SWAP (the whole prelude engine bay..I mean everything) for $2k
And with the $1500 I'd spend I still have to get new pistons rods...a good piston rod combo is gonna be another grand...F**K I need more money! ahh building cars become a pain in the @ss sometimes.

Also if anyone is interested at this point I’m willing to take a good bit off the price...I really need this gone. Got way too many parts laying around.

Nah not really...you can spend less than $500 to bring this engine back to OEM spec. if you have the head. Used rod's and pistons are fairly cheap then all you need is a good hone and bam you back to 200hp. I don't want 200hp I want at least 300whp on this next build.

If anyone is interested in this engine I will let it go for a crazy cheap price. Come on yall know you wanna swap this out for your little rinky dinky 1 cyl engines...lol
But in all serious I will let it go really cheap I need some money.
