This is Honda's explanation for why they don't make bigger, more powerful ATVs with more ground clearance and also why they don't make ATVs for 2 riders. I found this on another forum, but I thought it would be appropriate to post it on the Honda ATV Forum, so here it is.

One of the main reason my family went with Honda was the weight, low to ground and power was not lifting the wheels off the ground. We ride with our kids 5 and 3 and wanted a safe machine. We have been very pleased with our purchase.

I dont care if my ATV is not the fastest, most powerful, tallest or anything else. I want an ATV that is going to be reliable. Thats why I bought a Honda. All the power, performance and ground clearance in world does not do anything for you if your ATV is in the shop because something broke.
