My neighbor had a Honda Odyssey similar to this one many years ago and believe with a few modifications by Honda this could have a place today, i.e., moving to a 4 stroke instead of the 2 stroke, improved CVT or shaft or perhaps a two-seater as well. Does anyone know why it was discontinued and/or know if anything like this may be in the works?

Maybe sales were too poor? A friend of mine bought a 350 Odyssey new back in the mid eighties and we had a ball on it for a while, but it kept bending and breaking parts. I didn't like the wasteful CVT drive at all, but that machine was wicked fun on a short, tight track for a hour or two before something happened... then we'd have to load it up and order some more parts. He basically tore it up in just a couple months and then left it for dead.

The Polaris Ace is a similar concept so idk why Honda wouldn’t revive it. Like an off-road go cart
