Yep saw that right away too, I think it will be a good seller for Honda and since it's the same engine platform as the P1k, could help those guys with aftermarket stuff too.
Pretty impressed. Price will likely be outrageous though. I've heard that it's 104hp not sure if that's true. Other specs look pretty good. Solid competitor for the Maverick sport and whatever Polaris makes that is similar.
Just don't understand the fascination with side x side vehicles like these.
Up the Alaska Highway where 'mud is mud' ... the guys with these things are covered. Head to toe, guns, gear, everything covered in mud.
Can't really carry them in a pick-up with other gear and moose.
Bought a low-mile TJ hard/soft tops, tunes and heat for $10,500.-
Would pay considerably more for a sxs . . . . mud is free.
Not meaning to be critical . . . . just don't understand the fascination ??
me either !. its not covered ?, no heat ?, very large..which means like ya said, will need a trailer for sure to haul it around, which means more cash..shoot..just buy a 4x4 jeep, call it a done deal !..lol.
My buddy the shrimper is having a fantastic year with the shrimp and guess wanted to blow some money , he a nice ATV but just bought a new Kubota for hunting and playing around , diesel , 4wd , dump bed , enclosed cab with a/c and heater , radio , even a windshield wiper with a washer , every bell and whistle , $25K , I got to say it is fine ---- so last weekend he went hunting and a rock hit the front wind shield on the highway , $400 for the glass
My local dealer is selling these jeeps like hot cakes, https://www.roxoroffroad.com/ and I witnessed one in some challenging terrain and it is impressive. I must admit, they have my attention. Even though it isn't "street legal" they are nice for the money and diesel engine is well known...
My pops has one of those loaded kubota diesel utv s a/c heat radio dump bed he had his equipt was hydrualic outlets it's a camo... I believe specail edition ? Very pricey! It's nice but slow.... It's road legal as farm equipment... Give me a 300, and I'm happy....lol I'm just not a utv fella, least not yet, wilson wilson (aka) little Johnny .... Still has his old yamaha HR 2510.
That’s a nice rig for sure. Sort of wished I held out a bit before buying my Polaris xp 900. I like my Honda rubicon. You feel more aware of you’re surroundings while about riding. The Polaris utv is more in closed much like a truck. But the one thing I like about my Polaris. Is whenever I decide to load up a deer in the bed. I use a lift mounted to the bumper using a hand winch. I’m a stout boy but lifting a 200 or 240 deer yes they do get big here makes it easy. The last time I tried to load a big buck on my four wheeler I thought I was going to have a stroke lol. Each one has it’s place and I enjoy my rubicon much more. Anyhoo it’s a Honda and it will sell well. It’s good for competition makes the competition step up their game.
Looks like a fun toy, but when I get a SxS I'll get a utility model. If I'm riding for fun I'll be on a wheeler. A SxS would be nice to have when I need the bed to haul a saw and cant hooks, and then haul wood back to the house, or when i need to haul decoys to the duck hole. Eventually I'll get a SxS for work, but it will be a utility SxS.
first off for MOST places I think a SxS is a waste of money
BUT for places where you can legally use them and log on some serious miles a day(way more comfortable all day riding on an atv I bet!, and I like atv's )
I can some what see them being a lot of fun and less up keep MAYBE than a jeep , and overall more fun, due to being lighter better suspensions handling and ride, but fior most folks and lack of any real place to go far with one, there just over priced toys to me!
then again, I think most folks buy out of want rather than need or practical use in mind! so?
Fish... Here's my pops rig...if you look at the back .... You can kind of see the hydro outlets......man! does she needs a new tires .... I never noticed that this one has power steering.
