Got a 96 trx200D and want to remove the headlights to replace bulbs - not wanting to have to remove the skid plate or front cargo rack -
How in the heck do you get to the back of these headlights ? - Barely any room for hands up behind them -

Thank you Sam,! . . easier than I expected and gave me the access I needed - Now to rebuild the carb and give it a brake job - Best wishes . .

Be sure to clean the fuel tank at the same time as cleaning the carb. When installing fit a new fuel hose and also an inline fuel filter.

SO MANY carb related threads on this forum and all are usually because the carb isn't cleaned properly/thoroughly and because the fuel tank isn't cleaned at the same time.
Then there's the carb threads where China junk carbs have been fitted..!! Avoid those by the way ;-)
