Hi all,

I am in the process of replacing a worn out axle in my 2001 Honda Fourtrax 350 ES 4X4. When I install the axle from the right hand side (brake drum side) until it is fully seated, there is not much thread to grab with the axle nut. I was able to move it back to the right a bit, but am now unsure how to align it properly. Any advice on how to do this correctly would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about the 350 axles but a 300 axle has a left & right side & must be installed rite or it won't fit correctly. I just went through that last year....

Did you put the bearing stop on the left side of the axle, before you installed the axle tube?
