I have a 1986 Honda fourtrax 350 4x4 that has a fuel pump problem. The one on it was trashed so I replaced it but it wouldn't get power. The ATV would turn over and get power but the pump wasn't getting any power. I checked the fuse box and hooked the pump up to a battery and the it worked. I'm at a stand still and don't know what to check next.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

on the old 350's ?, right rear tire, above/behind tire, behind metal box with 4 screws, inside, black unit, red connectors on it.
