I was reading in Honda owners manual and it said to take the bolt out of the exhaust pipe to get carbon out? Im having a horrible time trying break this bolt loose any ideas?

It that bolt hasn't been taken out regularly since the ATV was new, you probably won't get it out. I believe those bolts are made out of brass and they can be so tight that it will just rip the bolt up.

Yeah, I had that same problem, several times, and I couldn't figure out a way to get it out. The bolts just too soft.
