Honda Fourtrax 300 Brakes

My 1998 Honda Fourtrax, The rear brakes lock up after I use them and I have to ride around for them to unlock. I just had all new brakes put in so I need to know how to adjust them or make them quit doing this.

The man that fixed them told me that he cleaned a bunch of sand and mud out of the brakes. He didnt say anything about greasing anything. He told me not to touch the wingnuts in the back so i havent't tried that yet
