Hello, I had a 2002 Honda foreman 450
It is bogging down at high speed in 4th/5th gear under load
I have changed the regulator spark plug air filter,new carb also
Can anyone help me please?

when you say new carb ?, what and where did you buy it ?, oem ?, or china knock-off from ebay ?. why did you buy a new carb anyway ?, a rebuild kit is cheaper. and what made you think it is the carb ?, did you check timing ?, did you check compression ?, did you check stator ?, did you try a new spark plug ?.
