All I can say is get a copy of the service manual and a volt/ohm meter and start checking everything. May be a broken wire somewhere in the wire harness.
I had a foreman 400 awhile back that had the same issue, no spark. Previous own had replaced everything like you have; it still had no spark. He had put in an aftermarket stator and pickup. I ended up pulling it out and putting in a used OEM stator and that got it working.

ignition switch, kill switch,
wire chewed on as stated, or??
all about process of elimination, and looking at everything very close
electrical issues can be a hard tings to solve , and keep in mind this atv is almost 20 yrs old, so, its seen its share of wear and tear and time passing to dry things and even crack wire insulation

all fuses I gather are checked and good here right?

You say you replaced a few electrical components.. Where did you source said parts, eBay, Amazon?? If yes then you should look at replacing those parts for new OEM or used/known good OEM parts.

I assume you've checked the timing?

Anymore info on said ATV? Has it been sunk? New to you? Any previous issues?
