I'm fine with my 50mph top speed (2016 Honda Rancher 4x4 DCT EPS) because I like that it keeps me from going faster. It's like an imposed safety stop, and so to keep from revving it too high all the time, I run at about 40-45.

My only complaint - mine makes a lot of valve noise, despite repeated professional valve checks. It runs fine, so it's no big deal, but I ALWAYS have this curiosity if something is not quite right. Just enough to bug me ever so slightly that I worry about it.

There is nothing wrong with you bike..

Mines sounds like that as well, I heard it in your videos... Its not your valves..

It has something to do with the auto decompression actuator... I inquired about this and was relieved when the fella at the dealer started up a few of the different bikes and they all make that shitty tick... even the 500...

you only hear it when its at idle, it goes away instantly when you speed up the engine.
