Honda 420 With 31" Outlaw 1s

This sounds stupid but, I've been doing some research and I have seen it done on a few bikes. I want to run a 31" outlaws on my rancher that has a 35% gear reduction. The 31x9.5x14 outlaw weights 38ish pounds while I was also looking at a 28" outlaw 2 weights damn near close to a 31" OG. I would rather gain some ground clearance than lose some with a smaller tire. I know I could turn them in most conditions effectively but, I was wondering if anyone has had an experience with putting this tire on a SRA rancher? Thanks.
